At HireVenture, we focus on proactive candidate outreach and strategic advertising to source top-tier talent at competitive rates with a long-term guarantee. To maximize efficiency and deliver the best results, collaboration with our clients is key.
Once we initiate a search, we ask for your commitment to 15-minute bi-weekly check-in calls and a 48-hour (or faster) response to our candidate submittals (life happens, we get it, but this is our target). If that timeline isn’t feasible at the moment, we recommend holding off on the search until we’re fully aligned and ready to move forward together.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my new hire?
HireVenture offers a placement guarantee on Direct Placement Services, of 24 months. We will follow up regularly to see how your new member of the team is doing. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will replace your hire with one backfill within the agreed placement guarantee.
How does HireVenture help retain new talent?
HireVenture works closely with the client and candidate to understand their needs. We conduct a thorough intake with the client and match their requests with candidates that have relevant work experience. Additionally, we communicate on a regular basis with your new hires to see how they are transitioning.
How quickly can you fill a role?
HireVenture knows how time sensitive it is to bring in new talent. The selection and hiring process will depend on the type of role we are filling. With our unique approach to sourcing and our current database of candidates, we will strive to find the right match for you and the candidate.
What is your selection process?
HireVenture goes through a thorough intake with the client. We carefully select candidates from our pool and match with your hiring needs. The process involves a resume screen and a phone screen. The candidates resume is then presented to the client for review, with an assessment from the recruiter. The candidate is then presented to the client for an interview.
When will I be billed?
Direct Placements will not be billed until you decide the candidate we present is your ideal hire.
How will I be billed?
You will receive and invoice with two options to remit payment.
