HireVenture offers a placement guarantee on Direct Placement Services, up to 6 months. We will follow up regularly to see how your new member of the team is doing. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will replace your hire with a new hire within the agreed placement guarantee.

HireVenture goes through a thorough intake with the client. We carefully select candidates from our pool and match with your hiring needs. The process involves a resume screen and a phone screen. The candidates resume is then presented to the client for review, with an assessment from the recruiter. The candidate is then presented to the client for an interview.
When will I be billed?
Direct Placements will not be billed until you decide the candidate we present is your ideal hire.
How will I be billed?
You will receive and invoice with two options to remit payment.
